  • Note any error codes or unusual sounds/behaviors
  • Ensure pets are secured in another area
  • Be prepared to demonstrate the problem if possible

Pricing & Payment

Our repair costs vary based on the appliance type and issue complexity:

  • Microwave Repair: Starting from $75
  • Dishwasher Repair: Starting from $80
  • Washer Repair: Starting from $85
  • Dryer Repair: Starting from $90
  • Refrigerator Repair: Starting from $95
  • Oven & Range Repair: Starting from $100

These prices include labor and basic parts. Additional parts costs will be discussed before any work begins. We provide free estimates over the phone for many common issues.

We charge a $65 diagnostic fee for on-site troubleshooting and problem identification. However, this fee is completely waived if you decide to proceed with our repair services.

The diagnostic includes:

  • Complete appliance inspection
  • Problem identification and explanation
  • Detailed repair estimate
  • Recommendations for repair vs. replacement

Many simple issues can be diagnosed over the phone at no charge.

We accept various payment methods for your convenience:

  • Cash
  • Personal checks
  • All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
  • Debit cards

Payment is typically due upon completion of the service. For larger commercial jobs, we can arrange payment terms in advance. We do not currently offer financing options for residential customers.

Scheduling

We offer flexible scheduling to meet your needs:

  • Standard Service: Usually within 1-2 business days
  • Same-Day Service: Available for urgent situations (additional fee may apply)
  • Emergency Service: Available 24/7 for critical appliance failures

During peak seasons or holidays, scheduling may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to accommodate urgent needs. Call us as early as possible for the best availability.

Our regular service hours are:

  • Monday - Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: Emergency service only

We also offer:

  • Evening appointments (until 8:00 PM) by special arrangement
  • 24/7 emergency service for critical situations
  • Early morning appointments starting at 7:00 AM when requested

Holiday schedules may vary - please call to confirm availability.

Yes, we require someone over 18 to be present during the entire repair visit for:

  • Security and liability reasons
  • To demonstrate the problem if needed
  • To approve any additional work or costs
  • To receive explanation of the completed repair

If you cannot be present, you may designate another responsible adult (family member, neighbor, property manager) to be there on your behalf. Please inform us in advance if someone else will be present.

Warranty & Support

We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranty coverage:

  • Labor Warranty: 90 days on all repair work
  • Parts Warranty: Varies by manufacturer, typically 90 days to 1 year
  • OEM Parts: Carry full manufacturer warranty
  • Service Call Warranty: If the same problem occurs within the warranty period, we'll return at no charge

Our warranty covers the specific repair performed. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or unrelated issues are not covered under the repair warranty.

If the same problem occurs within our 90-day labor warranty period:

  • Contact us immediately to report the issue
  • We'll schedule a return visit at no additional charge
  • Our technician will re-diagnose and correct the problem
  • No additional labor charges for warranty-related returns

If a different, unrelated problem develops, it would be considered a new service call. However, we often provide discounts for returning customers who need additional services.

Absolutely! This is one of our most valuable services. Our technicians will help you make an informed decision by considering:

  • Age of the appliance
  • Cost of repair vs. replacement value
  • Overall condition and expected remaining lifespan
  • Energy efficiency of current vs. new models
  • Frequency of previous repairs

As a general rule, if repair costs exceed 50% of the appliance's current value, replacement may be more economical. We'll always give you honest advice, even if it means recommending replacement over repair.
