3. Service Scheduling and Appointments
Appointment Booking
- Service appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email
- Appointment times are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances
- We will provide reasonable notice of any schedule changes
- Emergency services may be available outside regular business hours
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact information and service details
- Ensure someone over 18 years old is present during the service appointment

- Secure pets and clear the work area before technician arrival
Cancellation Policy
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours advance notice

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REPAIR KATHOL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Property Access
- Provide safe and reasonable access to appliances requiring service
- Ensure proper electrical connections and safety measures are in place
- Clear the work area of personal belongings and obstacles
- Inform technicians of any known safety hazards or concerns
Accurate Information
- Provide accurate appliance information, model numbers, and problem descriptions
- Disclose any previous repairs or modifications to the appliance
- Inform us of any warranty coverage or service agreements
- Update contact information and appointment preferences as needed
Safety and Compliance
- Ensure a safe working environment for our technicians
- Comply with local building codes and safety regulations
- Secure pets and supervise children during service visits
- Follow any safety instructions provided by our technicians
8. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Repair Kathol or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
